Service was excellent except for the guy that answered the phone when I was making my reservation, I guess he had a long day and was looking to finish his shift. He couldn't give me any information I needed in regards to Fraser island. His excuse. I am not a four wheel driver. Other than that the personnel helping us load the vehicles in and out as well as the last in the office were great
The fraser magic 4WD hire company booked the barge tickets for us. They are very flexible. Once you got the ticket, you can go am on any barge if there is available spot. The staff were helpful and gentle. They try to help you and change your barge bookings to an available spot. Book early so that you can get the appropriate barge.You can board from Rivers head to kingfisber bay. If your accommodation is in Eurong, happy valley etc, It's better to board to wanggoolba creek barge departure instead of kingfisher bay

One day trip to Fraser Island. Absolutely worth the money. You get to see all the most popular spots of the island. The lunch buffet was very generous and tasty.
Very good bus trip to Frazer Island: the guide is friendly, the meal is correct and at will. However, I recommend taking the whale tour to the north of the island which is even worth a visit (especially for a single day)
